FAQs

What should I do if the equipment malfunctions?

Contact us immediately. We will guide you through simple troubleshooting via phone. If the issue persists, we will arrange a site visit or a replacement unit as soon as possible.

My father is completely immobile. How can we move him from the bed?

For immobile patients, we strongly advise against manual lifting to avoid serious injury to both the patient and the carer. We recommend a Patient Hoist, and our therapists or nurses will provide an in-home assessment and training on safe operation.

What is the difference between an Oxygen Concentrator and a BiPAP machine?

An Oxygen Concentrator provides high-concentration oxygen for patients with low blood-oxygen levels. A BiPAP machine provides pressure support to assist patients with respiratory failure or muscle weakness to breathe more effectively. Both require a professional assessment before use.
