Health Workers (HW) are essential for daily personal care and safety supervision in long-term home care.
What sets us apart is our rigorous selection process. We insist that every HW must undergo an in-person interview with our Nurse Manager at the client's home. Only those who pass this interview—demonstrating genuine compassion, a strong sense of responsibility, and a willingness to be accountable for their service—are hired. Unlike other agencies, we provide detailed profiles of each HW's experience, making the care more personal and transparent.
Beyond selection, our nurses define clear care protocols for each HW. This includes setting vital sign monitoring frequencies, establishing report schedules, and defining handover standards. This ensures seamless continuity of care when staff change shifts, just like in a hospital. Our nursing team maintains clinical oversight, guaranteeing consistent, high-quality care.
HWs focus on non-invasive basic health support and personal care:

Assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, oral hygiene, and feeding.

Measurement and recording of temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, and blood glucose.

Companionship to prevent falls and home accidents.

Assist with simple home exercises as directed by physiotherapists or occupational therapists.

Remind and assist clients in taking medications pre-packaged by family or nurses.

Use safe handling techniques to assist with bed mobility, wheelchair transfers, and toilet access.

Accompany clients to hospital or clinic appointments, ensuring safe transport.
Clients with stable conditions who need daily assistance due to age, frailty, or cognitive impairment.
Individuals requiring safety supervision and companionship to prevent falls, wandering, or prolonged isolation.
Clients needing assistance with personal hygiene and basic care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
As part of a 'Homespital' team, a cost-effective solution for stable clients with high daily care needs, backed by continuous professional nurse oversight.
The key difference: "Even with HWs, our nursing team remains engaged." This is our promise.
Unlike agencies, our Nurse Managers conduct professional assessments and create detailed care plans (including daily routines, precautions, and observation points). HWs strictly follow these protocols.
Our Health Workers are the "frontline eyes" of the nursing team. They are trained to observe subtle changes in the patient (such as appetite, spirit, skin condition, etc.) and report regularly to the Nurse Manager. If any abnormalities are detected, they will immediately notify the team for early follow-up.
During service, if the Health Worker or family encounters any emergencies or questions, they can call the "24-Hour Nurse Direct Consultation Hotline" at any time for immediate professional guidance.

Our Case Manager will understand your case and primary care needs.
Your dedicated Nurse Manager will conduct a detailed discussion and assessment, and develop a professional care plan for the patient.
The Nurse Manager will match you with a Health Worker who has relevant experience and a positive attitude.
The Nurse Manager will regularly follow up on the patient's condition and the HW's performance via phone or home visits to ensure care quality.
No. Health Workers cannot perform any invasive medical procedures (such as injections) or administer medications according to doctor's prescriptions. However, they can "remind" and "assist" patients in taking medications that have been pre-prepared and packaged by family members or nurses. If the patient requires injections or medication administration by a nurse, you should choose our "Enrolled Nurse (EN)" or "Registered Nurse (RN)" services.
He/she will immediately report to your dedicated Nurse Manager. The Nurse Manager will make immediate professional judgments, such as guiding the HW on how to respond, advising you to contact a doctor, or if necessary, urgently dispatching a nurse for home support. This is the core value of our team-based follow-up service.
We generally match suitable personnel based on the case situation. Since HW interviews require nursing expertise to assess, we recommend starting the service first. If personality incompatibilities arise after working together, we are happy to accommodate a replacement.
Under normal circumstances, service can be arranged within 2 days. If the area is relatively remote, it may take longer.
We offer trial packages: Daytime 4-hour HK$2,250, 8-hour HK$3,350, 12-hour HK$4,850; Nighttime 12-hour HK$4,980. Contact us for details!
HWs must maintain constant visual supervision to prevent falls or accidents. They can assist with simple meal reheating or preparing basic congee/noodles. For meal deliveries, having another caregiver present is recommended.
We understand that compatibility is key for live-in caregivers. If issues arise, we'll assess the situation and match a more suitable candidate. However, requests unrelated to caregiving duties may not be accommodated.
Full refunds are available if cancellation is made 72 hours before service starts. Cancellations within 72 hours incur an admin fee. The only non-refundable case: if only the assessment was conducted ($500 deposit).
Yes. Before each assignment, we send the HW's profile, including photo, education, licenses, experience, and caregiving stories, to help you understand their personality.
HWs follow Nurse Manager guidelines for shift handovers and vital sign reporting. Our close communication ensures immediate notification of any abnormalities. For urgent issues, we'll contact you via your client group or phone. Routine updates are provided bi-weekly.
We have 3 full-time Nurse Managers. Sir Yeung oversees quality control with public/private hospital experience. Sir Leung manages cases and monitors Premium Private Care quality. Sir Poon, a specialist wound nurse, leads complex wound care with years of expertise.
