FAQs

What is the difference between a Dietitian and a Nutritionist in Hong Kong?

The main difference is the qualification for clinical treatment. Dietitians (DT) are qualified healthcare professionals authorised to provide medical nutrition therapy in clinical settings. Nutritionists typically focus on health promotion and research. Our services are exclusively provided by Registered Dietitians.

Do you offer home visits?

Yes. Our Dietitians provide on-site assessments. This allows us to better understand your home environment, such as kitchen facilities and food storage, enabling us to offer more practical advice.

Is a doctor's referral needed?

A doctor's referral is recommended for clinical accuracy, but we can provide services based on an initial assessment if one is not available.
