FAQs

What is "spiritual support"? Will you preach to me?

Absolutely not. It is a broad concept focusing on personal values, life meaning, connections with others, and inner peace. We respect all beliefs, including atheism. Our role is to guide your inner reflection, not to impose any faith.

My family member is very introverted and doesn't like to talk. How can you help them?

We respect all personalities. Rather than forcing conversation, we convey care through attentive observation and non-verbal communication, such as a gentle touch. We also create a comforting environment, perhaps playing their favourite music.

Does this support service also include us family members?

Yes, and it is vital. A carer's emotional well-being has a direct impact on the patient's quality of life. We are here to listen to your feelings and provide you with the support you need.
