FAQs

When should I arrange discharge care?

We recommend contacting us 2 to 3 days prior to your confirmed or planned discharge date. This allows us to coordinate with the hospital and ensure all staff and supplies are ready for your arrival.

Are wound dressings or medical supplies included?

Our nurses will assess your needs. While service fees exclude supplies, we can purchase them on your behalf or advise you on the most suitable products to buy.

If the discharge condition changes, can we add services temporarily?

Absolutely. Our care plans are highly flexible. You can contact us at any time to adjust the frequency and scope of the nursing visits based on the latest medical requirements.
