All SNs are Registered Nurses who have completed advanced postgraduate training in specific fields (e.g., Palliative or Wound Care). They possess deeper clinical expertise to manage highly complex cases within their specialty.

Is an SN on duty 24/7 under the 'Homespital' model?

Not necessarily. To ensure cost-effectiveness, your Nurse Manager designs a rotation. SNs/RNs handle critical periods, while ENs take over once the condition stabilises -- all working under SN-led protocols.

How much does an SN cost?
