FAQs

Do I need a large space at home for physiotherapy?

Not at all. Our therapists make full use of your home setup and everyday furniture. A space the size of a yoga mat is already enough for most exercises.

What is the difference between Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy?

Physiotherapy focuses on mobility - such as walking, balance, and strength. Occupational Therapy focuses on daily living skills, like bathing, dressing, and cooking to enhance independence.

How long does each session last?

Each home session usually lasts 45-60 minutes, including the assessment, treatment, and guided exercises.
